Inactive account: An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive, and we will attempt to contact you.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.

• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Colluding with other members to defraud the betting system.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems (hacking).
• Collecting or misusing another user's personal information.

• Budget limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you have the option to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.
